PNTL is the role I've grown the most in. It's a community I genuinely enjoy being part of, which makes the work feel a lot less like work.
I run extensive moderation and stay close to the community day-to-day. I also plan and run events — the kind that give people a reason to log on, and the kind that keep momentum between bigger releases.
The longer I've been here, the more the role has shaped how I think about server work in general — that the systems and the community aren't two separate things, they're the same thing seen from different angles.
